The following instructions are for users of Google Calendar through their own Google accounts, Apple iPhone, and for users of ICAL compatible calendar software, including Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Lightning & Sunbird, and Apple iCal. Facebook is also supported.

Google Calendar Users
Google calendar users may import specific events or subscribe to the calendar as a whole. To import an event or subscribe, you must first log into your own personal Google Calendar.
To import a single event on the GOBSA calendar. click on the event and choose “copy to my calendar”. The options for adding the event to your own calendar will appear allowing you to make any changes you might want. Making changes here has no effect on the GOBSA calendar.
To subscribe to the entire GOBSA calendar, click on the 
button in the lower right corner. Your personal calendar will reappear and you’ll be given an option to choose “Yes, add this calendar”. The GOBSA calendar will be added to your calendar with its events in a different color from your own events.
Apple iPhone Users:
On your iPhone do the following:
- Touch “Settings”
- Choose “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”
- Choose “Add Account”
- Choose “Other”
- Choose “Add Subscribed Calendar”
- Fill in Server information with “www.google.com/calendar/ical/gobsaorg%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics”
- No username nor password is needed.

Regardless of which calendar program you’re using, first simply try clicking this ICS icon and see if that automatically activates your program’s import function.
Follow the instructions provided by Microsoft here for subscriptions within Outlook.
Log into your Facebook account and find the My Google Calendar application. Click to “Go to Application”.
Then click to add a calendar.
Finally, you’ll be asked for the calendar’s code. Copy this and paste it in.

After that, your calendar will appear on your Facebook wall. You will want to verify your Facebook settings for this application or your Facebook friends may get notifications of your GOBSA events too.
