As mentioned in GOBSA’s previous post, we’re wanting to mix up the meeting locations, so this month’s meeting will be March 8th at ReRico Brazilian Grille. Time is per the usual, 5:15 through whenever. There will be no speaker, just dinner with friends and colleagues. $10 for appetizers and cash bar drink specials.

For the 2011 year, the GOBSA board has decided to revise the meeting schedule and meeting locations. Meetings will remain on the second Tuesday of the month, but will not be scheduled for every month. Please check the GOBSA calendar here or watch for the GOBSA newsletter for locations and dates. The next meeting is scheduled for March 8 at a location to be determined.

After several years with a website originally created by Pin Oak Web Designs and maintained by Heather Thompson of HT Dezines, GOBSA is pleased to now present this new website. In addition to everything provided by the old site, look for improvements to the photo gallery, a new events calendar to which you can subscribe, RSS feeds, and a searchable member roster. Plus, this site has been designed to be updated and maintained by GOBSA’s own members which is anticipated to provide a cost savings.
Photos from this year’s Salute to Construction and the Millwood Golf Outing are online now in the Photo Gallery.
The calendar of GOBSA events for 2010 is now online and accessible through the “Calendar” tab. You can subscribe to this calendar and integrate it into your own if you use Microsoft Outlook 2007, Google Calendar, or Mozilla’s free alternatives to Outlook, Lightning or Sunbird. See the instructions page for more information.
The 2009 Fall Golf Outing and dinner will be held October 26 at Millwood Golf & Racquet Club .
